A. Monograph; document issued in discrete part with no indication of continuing issues or updates.
B. Integrating Resource, Updating Website, Finite; continuous document updates for the duration of the Midwinter Conference with earlier iterations and updates combined.
C. Serial; remote access for document, with all issues and updates available in discrete parts.
D. Serial; links provide access to discrete updates via Web links.
E. Integrating resource; page declares the document is a work in process, updates periodically, like loose-leaf.
H. Integrating resource, database; updates become part of the whole document and do not remain discrete

Resource A:
I agree.
It's a monograph.
Resource D:
It does have discrete parts.
I think it's a serial too.
Resource E:
I thought the last version is like a last issue. Also, I found OCLC#224990309 is serial.
But, it is the update that do not remain discrete and are integrated into the whole.
The latest versions are placing the previous versions.
So, I agree that it is integrated resource.
