Hello Group!
It was very nice to meet you all in person again, now at the end of our semester. I really hope that we can meet again at some point in the future, maybe even as librarians instead of just students! :-)
Just wanted to let you all know that I will submit my final revision tomorrow, Tuesday. I did make it home okay, long drive, but worth it in the end.
Okay, see email my final draft tomorrow.

Elluminate session
Hi
Thank you for your wonderful work on the paper & power points.
I have been sick since Thanksgiving Day. I had stomach flue.
I am getting better.
I will login as a moderator and upload our slides.
The login information was posted on our blogs.
I think the latest slides are one that Pamela sent on Dec. 3rd.
Slide #11 & 12 are still missing.
Please send me a newer version if there is one.
I apologize I might miss it.
Shall we present in the following order?
Please correct me if the following order is not correct.
Introduction ?
Slide #3-#7 Toshu
Slide #8-#10 Pamela
Slide #11 Natalie
Slide #13-#15 Amber
Our presentation will start at 10:00 am- 10:45 pm on Dec. 7.
So, I think we have 1-2 minutes for each slide.
I am looking forward to practicing with you guys.
See you online at 7:30 pm tonight.
Thanks.
Toshu

A6 paper combined
I took the liberty of adding a title page and the abstract into our combined paper, as well as some APA formats and emailed to everyone. I also changed my sections to #9 and #10. Natalie can insert her paragraphs in between Pamela's and my sections.
We don't need to write an introduction or conclusion for this paper right?
I think we might need to edit the paper again once we have everything together. I'll be working on my slides today and send to everyone.

Abstract & my paper
I've combined Toshu, Pamela and my portion of the abstract and send that out to everyone. So far we have 363 words already. If you all think it's enough, I can post the abstract on Bb tonight.
I'm also working on my portions of the paper and I will send it out to everyone either tonight or tomorrow. Then I'll work on the slides like Toshu does.

A6 abstract due today, 12/1
Hi Natalie,
Thank you for putting our abstract together.
Please let me know how you are doing with the abstract.
Also, I sent everybody my slides and paper.
Thanks.

Abstract
Hello,
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! We’re into our last week or so now, home stretch. I have worked on our paper, sections 4-6, but had to ask Mr. Manual Urrizola a few follow-up questions in order to finish up these sections. I will finish up after I get his response. As far as the abstract you could add (edit) in the following if it seems appropriate:
Currently the library is not using any metadata standards, although with an upcoming photo digitizing project there will be metadata used, although it is not yet determined which type. There is also interest with the map librarian to include metadata with their digitized maps.
We don’t have it hit every point or every section in the abstract, and since it is short we may not have enough space to do so. We just need to highlight the important areas. I’ll check back in after work tomorrow. Thanks.
