Elluminate Session

The “meetingsupport” account is set up as a moderator in your session. Onemember of the group should login *USING THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS* in orderto be recognized as a moderator. Be careful to login in the followingmanner--not as you normally do.
1) Go to the SLIS Elluminate home page at https://nexus.sjsu.edu2) In the upper right corner of the screen, login using the followinginformation:
Username: meetingsupportPassword: 5nsv8z62
3) After successfully logging in, locate the meeting on the schedule andclick the link to enter the session. Your session may not be on the firstpage; you may need to click to the second or third page. Note the smallnumbers in the lower right-hand corner which allow you to navigate to theother pages.
You will be recognized as a moderator for the session and will have accessto recording, uploading PowerPoint files, and other moderator functions. Your name in the participants’ window will be “Meeting Support.”
You can also give moderator privileges to other members in the groupsession. To do this, locate the person's name in the participants list andclick on it to select it. The person’s name will turn white and thebackground will turn dark blue. Then, right-click (Mac: ctrl + click) andselect "Give moderator privilege" in the drop-down menu. The addedmoderator will receive a confirmation message in a pop-up window. Thereis no limit to the number of moderators in any one session.
