Done too

Hi! I just submitted the exercise 1 as well.

Thinking ahead to our next assignment - we have to create a fictitious monograph. I already have a fake book in mind - A Historical Look at Rooftop Gardens in the 18th Century. This book really doesn't exist! I have a slight interest in rooftop gardens and there aren't many books on the topic, but LC does have a subject heading for it!! The fake title would count for the two different facets (subjects) that Ellett stated was part of the requirement in the elluminate session - wasn't stated on the brief assignment details.

Any other ideas for our title? This seems to be one of our first tasks for this assignment.
Cheers,
Pamela

I ask your forgiveness in advance for what may be an ignorant question. Shouldn't we have a real book for Assignment 1? For descriptive purposes? He is going to check our work, right? How can he do this with a pretend book? You should research it, Pam! It should be a book.

Never mind! I just has the following discussion with Dr. Ellett:

Hi Dr. Ellet,

One of my group members is under the impression that we should use a fictitious monograph for Assignment 1. This doesn't sound right to me. How can you check our work if we make everything up?

Thanks,
Natalie

Hi Natalie,

Your group member is correct. You will supply the needed fictoius information on a made-up t.p. and verso.
