I'm okay with the plan as well. Yes, definitely record it in Elluminate, because in all likelihood I won't be able to make it to the Q&A - unless it's in the evenings. It's easy to set up, just request the time from Dr. Ellett.

Do you want to ask Mr. Manuel Urrizola the necessary questions from Dr. Ellett - "please provide number of staff in the cataloging department and whether the manager of the dept. has an MLIS degree." Or wait until Amber is back and chimes in? We have until next Friday to send in site approval.
