serials assignment

Hi everyone.
I'm back, and jumping back into this serials cataloging. Yes, I agree let's go with the CONSER standard as well. I listened to the recording from yesterday's class and there are some answers there! Esp. for #2. If I understood correctly, the correct entries are following, although the capitalization may be wrong:
130 _ _ Newsletter (California state veterinary society)
245 10 Newsletter
710 _ _ California state veterinary society

For #1 I can see that Kent may be an abbreviation for Kentucky so I looked online and there is a town called Tonbridge in Kent (I think County), which is in England, so I think we should go with that route.

I did miss some fields in my first cataloging attempt - such as 300. It should be as Amber had it with 300 v. and then the 042 field should be pcc which then states we are using the CONSER level cataloging. Now I'm wondering if we need the 040 field as well. Also, on #2 I thought that ISGS was the publisher name since there was that address following.
