Comparing #12, our record #12 has only one 670.
I assume this is a different record from OCLC.
In terms of fixed fields:
I think #10, #13 & #14 are the same records in OCLC.
So, I copied everything from OCLC records, including
ARN# and Entered: date on the records as well.
The rest of them:
Established heading on a bibliographic records has not been used before.
Also, references have not been evaluated
So, I input the followings for fixed files:
Upd Status: a
Ref status: b
Auth status _
